Accessibility Statement
Last updated: August 20, 2026
WeConvertFiles, operated by TechKnoGeeks, wants its browser-based tools to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technologies. We are working to make the website easier to use and to improve accessibility over time.
Our goal
We aim to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. These guidelines are an internationally recognized standard for making web content more accessible. This is an ongoing effort rather than a one-time certification, and we do not claim full conformance at this time.
What we do
- Use semantic HTML structure with headings, landmarks, and descriptive links.
- Support keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators for interactive controls.
- Provide a light and dark theme and aim for sufficient text contrast in both.
- Use responsive layouts that adapt to phones, tablets, and desktops without horizontal scrolling.
- Add text labels or accessible names to buttons, menus, and icons where practical.
- Respect the browser’s reduced-motion preference for non-essential animation.
Known limitations
Some tools rely on visual or pointer-based interactions—such as cropping an image, drawing a signature, or picking a color—that can be difficult with certain assistive technologies. Output files are generated from your input and may not carry the same accessibility features as a purpose-built document. Third-party content, such as advertising or embedded resources, may not fully meet the same standards. We are working to reduce these gaps.
Compatibility
The website is designed to work with current versions of major browsers on desktop and mobile. Because the tools run in your browser, your experience also depends on your device, operating system, and any assistive technology or extensions you use.
Give us feedback
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need a specific task made available in another way, please tell us. Email official@techknogeeks.com with the subject [Accessibility] and describe the page, the problem, and the assistive technology you were using. You can also reach us through our Contact page. We aim to respond within two business days.
